Welcome!  Since you are visiting this website, you are probably a person who is very interested in the future direction of America, the cultural evolution of our society, and ultimately what all of that will mean to you, your family and your friends.  Those are the specific reasons that motivated us to create a site where issues and ideas can be offered and discussed. 

No one person has all of the best ideas or plans.  However, if a large group of active American citizens share their dreams, concerns, and visions, the chances of a better future are greatly enhanced.  Our international neighbors are also welcome to participate.  Please be a contributor and not just a critic.  Please add your thoughts on our blog page. 

I will offer ideas and opinions on this site.  They are not meant to be the final word on a particular subject, but more of a beginning or opening for a collective discussion.  I will admit that often I have strong opinions.  However, I truly believe that our minds are like parachutes.  They function much better when they are open!  

Democracy is a participant sport — so let’s get on with it!  The future will happen to us — or we will create it.  The choice is ours!
